Kumoon

Kumoon is a neat little game that is built to offer a chill and casual physics platformer experience. It looks good, it plays easy, and it’s also a bit of a mind tease.

Right off the bat, you can’t but help to notice that the main character from the game looks a lot like the Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluator from WALL-E, or EVE as we all got to know her. With that insight, you have a nice start to Kumoon.

After a short tutorial that shows you how things work and what you have to do, you’ll be more than ready to take on the challenges that await. Kumoon throws at you three levels of difficulty but even so, they won’t be brain mashing challenges. Each of the levels is designed to be difficult by just enough so you can enjoy the game every second.

A very good thing in Kumoon is that there is no one way of solving the puzzles. You are free to roam around and think about two, three or more methods of knocking the boxes around for points. Sure, the end-level goal is the same, get the minimum amount of points or more but how you do that is up to you.

Moreover, each level is unique in design and some of them are made to be massive. And, since Kumoon features very good graphics, the whole thing becomes even more enjoyable. In all honesty, Kumoon is a bit too easy for a puzzle game but at times even easy to solve ones have a good impact on your state of mind. So it’s all good.

On a closing note, Kumoon is by all means a good game if you’re looking to spend a couple of hours with a game that has easy to solve puzzles but a very relaxing gameplay.
