You are at a ceremony that is about to welcome a new healer into your clan, Mina, the daughter of the Elder, but in the middle of things, the dark warriors attack. Mina’s father has been captured along with other healers and taken away. It is now your task to help Mina save her father and the clan.

All hidden object games involve saving someone, obtaining something or solving a mystery. So is the case in Echoes of the Past: Wolf Healer, a game that takes you in a make believe world where people can turn into wolves and kingdoms exist.

The plot of the game is captivating though story delivery could have been a bit better, the voice acting is kind of off. Typical to the genre, the story unravels step by step adding new chapters and leading the action to new and mysterious places.

Echoes of the Past: Wolf Healer is played like most of its kind. You are presented with various scenarios in which you have to click in order select objects and add them to your inventory. From there, they can be taken and used to fix mechanisms, solve puzzles and much more.

Visually, Echoes of the Past: Wolf Healer looks very good with an unique world design. If you’re a hidden object fan, you’ve certainly seen some of the puzzles here but others are rather new or revisited and improved.

In terms of difficulty, you get to choose if you want the game to provide interactive help or none of whatsoever. The latter being the best way to test your sense of observation and memory.

On a closing note, Echoes of the Past: Wolf Healer is by all means a good hidden object game. It offers both casual and complicated puzzles and immerses you into a captivating story.
