Ice Age is an Ace2 addon whose purpose is to show a small, mobile, customisable bar displaying the global cooldown.
It's primarily designed for players and classes which spam a lot of instant-cast spells and want a tool to help timing button presses.
Ice Age is most easily configured using an AceOptions-compatible GUI configuration addon such as DeuceCommander (pictured in the screenshot here), Waterfall, RockConfig, etc. Alternatively you may use the /ia or /iceage slash commands.
