Seeking shelter from the rain, Rick and Jenny duck inside the dilapidated mansion of the late Dr West, little realizing that the mad doctor's arcane experiments have awoken ancient evils beneath the house.
The two are separated, and Rick is empowered with superhuman strength by Dr West's treasured relic, the Aztec Terror Mask. Rick now has to tear his way through the hordes of undead beasts infesting the mansion.
