Don't worry... There's still aliens in this one... Soul Captor starts with you having to find some healing water to save your alien friends. The "No. 1 scientist" Moussimo is the baddie in this interesting adventure action game that has certain elements of Final Fantasy and other Eastern RPGs.
The battle sequences take place in a "turn by turn" mode and when you finally manage to collect the SA device things get really interesting with healing powers and magical spells such as thunder.
Dialogue appears above the characters heads in easy to read speech bubbles and there are a number of interesting locations to explore. The enemy encounters do get a bit tiresome after a while, but the progressing storyline drives you on regardless.
