This is Pacman clone, but you can play for the ghosts.

The Pacman pride won't stop! This is a Pacman clone, but you can play for the ghosts (control them like units in real-time strategy), while AI plays for pacman and multiplayer on single computer.

Both pacman and ghosts use wave pathfinding method, ghosts try to intercept pacman at crossings, while pacman tries to evade ghosts while still collecting corns. Wave pathfinding works ok for screen-size mazes due to optimized loops (use no multiplication to get the cell's index).
