Run like heck down the cave with a dragon hot on your heels. Magic items might help or hinder you along the way, either speeding you along, launching you into the air, or spinning the whole world upside down.

Grab as many spare gems as you can, while jumping over boulders and dodging stalactites. Keep moving! If you trip up, dinner's on you and it's not very pleasant!
