Pokemon Pearl

Pokemon Pearl comes as a package for your friendly emulator which allows you to play the classic game right on your PC. And like in the previous titles, it follows your adventures through the world of Pokemon and to your dream of becoming a Pokemon Champion.

Pokemon Pearl starts off with you in your hometown where you are immediately acquainted with some of the main characters. Once you and your buddy find a briefcase with some Pokemon in it, the adventure starts.

You will have to explore the surroundings and hopefully find as much tall grass as possible so you can duel the wild Pokemon. Every battle brings your Pokemon experience points and as they grow, they become more and more powerful.

In terms of gameplay, Pokemon Pearl remains mostly the same. You choose your pokemon before each battle and you have to use the abilities of your companions the best you can. If you’re a fan of the show and of the games, there’s really nothing you can hate about this one.

Each Pokemon you encounter is either adorable, cool or menacing and at times you’ll really have to show some skill in battles. After your Pokemon reach a certain level, they will evolve to a new species and offer new skills to use in combat so taking good care of them is vital.

There’s really not much you can say about Pokemon Pearl that isn't already know, and for those who don’t know all that much, it’s a lot to compress into a few hundred words. The best option is to download it, play and enjoy.
