Operation Wolf was one of my all-time favourite games, it's heady mix of raw machine gun and target-range style game play, mixed with conserving bullets and bombs for the right moment, was a blast.

Therefore any entry that sticks as close as possible to this winning formula stands a good chance. On the surface this one has it all - well created and atmospheric graphics, side-scrolling 'shoot the baddies' style gun-play, soldiers, helicopters, ammo crates, etc.

So the potential really is there. The problem is the speed at which you'll die. The enemies never seem to miss and your 100% health rating is virtually depleted within seconds, making what could have been an exceptional game very sadly unplayable. Enjoy!
