Mario Forever is an fan remake after the classic and very famous Mario arcade platformer. Unlike the original version, this one has a nag screen and an extra toolbar.
The story of Mario
Mario is a fantasy character created by Shigeru Miyamoto, an Italian plumber that lives in a fantasy world called The Mushroom Kingdom. Here he lives together with other mushroom-looking people and are ruled by the Mushroom King.
The story starts when the evil dragon bowser plans to attack the kingdom and enslave everyone living here. He unleashes an army of minions that invades the peaceful realm bringing chaos and destruction.
How to defeat a dragon
Dragons, as you might imagine, are not so easy to defeat, but before Mario can defeat Bowser, he must first reach his castle. The game is structured in different world, each featuring several levels. Save points as spread around the levels so if you die, you won't have to complete the entire level again.
Most of Bowser's minions can be killed and there are two ways to do that: jump on top of their head or shoot them. There are several power-ups you can collect while exploring the levels: a red mushroom which will make Mario grow, a rainbow sunflower which will allow Mario to shoot and a green mushroom which gives an extra life.
Note that if you have collected a red mushroom, only rainbow flowers will appear until you shrink to your normal size. Collect lots of coins, because when 100 coins are collected, Mario is awarded an extra life.
The reward for saving the kingdom
There lots of different dungeons and realm you must pass as well as different bosses you must defeat before Bowser, but the beautiful Princess Peach is totally worth it!
