Kumoon description
The purpouse of the game is to clear rooms as faster as possible, and within fewer shots

Kumoon is a 3D game, that won the first prize in the GameDev combo at the Assembly'05 party. Kumoon uses the MOPE physics engine perfectly optimized.
Run this self-extracting file and after extracting run the kumoon.exe from the folder you extracted the files into.

Note to Quake Players
Some fps games (e.g. Quake) use a different mouse movement control than Kumoon does. The vertical direction is flipped (i.e. when you move mouse down, the player will look up). To enable this mouse control style, do the following:
- start the game and exit it.
- edit the settings_.txt file
- change line 6: write MirrorMouseVertical instead of NormalMouseVertical
save the file and start the game again

Ps.

On line 5 you see a number (e.g. 500). This number specifies how many bullets are allowed to be in the room at the same time. Once this number is reached, the game will start reusing the bullets if you fire more. If you have a REALLY fast computer, you can try to increase this number to 1000 or more. It will look nice but can also slow down the framerate quite a bit.

About the Goal of the Game
The goal of the game is to complete all the rooms successfully. The only way you can complete a room is to have 0 or positive points when you have tilted over all the red/green boxes.

Normally you cannot complete a room just by shooting at the boxes directly. You will get too many penalty points for using too many bullets. Instead you need to use the score multiplier feature. This can be done by bouncing the bullet from the wall before hitting the red/green boxes. This way the points you get will be multiplied by 10 (or 20 or 30, depending on how many bounces the bullet makes before hitting the boxes).

Note that the first shot is always free, regardless of weapon. A good way is to use either the shotgun or the bazooka for the first shot, since they are much more powerful that the revolver. After the first bullet you probably want to use the revolver, because you get much less penalty points for using the revolver bullets.
