Patience

Patience is a fan-made clone of the popular Solitaire card game. It features the same gameplay rules but has original designs for the cards, something you would create in Paint. They don’t look bad; they’re just unique.

In Patience, you get the standard card setup as in the original, and you have to reach the same goal, stack all types of cards in the four decks starting from the ace and ending with the king.

If you’re a fan of Solitaire and want to try a new version of it, without it actually being new or considerably better designed, you can give this one a chance. However, expect some downsides. For example, you won’t be able to change the style of the deck and probably the biggest loss of all, the animation with the cards that you get in the original when you win is absent here.

Patience, just like Solitaire is built to be your means of wasting time or spending it stress-free. There will be cases when you miss one card or make a mistake and then the game falls apart or is impossible to complete, but overall, it’s still a calming game to play.

When it comes to the game options, you can set to draw three cards or one and it’s also possible to save game progress. Not to mention that the Undo button is forever present and handy in this version as well.

Patience is as decent as you see it. As a Solitaire game, it’s an exact clone in terms of rules. Looking at it subjectively, you can’t but wish for the design to be better and in closing, if you’re looking for a simple Solitaire game, Patience can offer that, and just that.
