Golf may not be the most exciting sport to watch as a spectator, but there’s no denying that you need some serious of skills to play it properly. It is well known that the sport requires a certain outfit in most cases, especially when it comes to the shoes and the shirt. As such, it’s only natural that a dress up game addresses the concern, although you have a bit more freedom to toy with the colors than you would in real life.

Golf Couple is a makeover game in which your primary purpose is to help a girl and a boy get ready for a round of golf. In essence, you have to apply makeup and create outfits for the both of them, using a variety of clothing items and accessories in the process. Obviously, the clothes are somewhat inspired by actual golf fashion, but you can go off the reservation as well.

In the beginning, you have the option to apply makeup on the girl and make sure that the nuances you choose can be integrated into the actual outfit. Whether it’s the lipstick, the mascara or the eyeliner, everything needs to be in harmony with the rest of the look. Different hairstyles are available as well, some of which can be used on the boy as well.

The actual clothes come in a variety of shapes and sizes, ranging from the usual polo T-shirts for both characters, all the way to skirts for the girl and shorts for the boy. Various types of shoes are available as well, not to mention the plethora of accessories that can be added to the girl’s outfit. These include a few watches, earrings, bracelets and necklaces, all of which come in multiple shapes and colors as well.

Although everything is static and there are no animations of any kind, the graphics are not bad at all and they are actually quite smooth. Everything appears to be cheerful and colorful as well, with both characters smiling constantly. Soothing music plays in the background at all times, although the track can get a tad repetitive after a while.

In the end, Golf Couple may not have enough content to keep one busy for more than a few minutes, but the experience is fun enough to be worth the effort. Thus, if you are in the mood for a dress up game, this may as well be the one to choose when everything else fails.
