Escape from Serial Killer description

Use your puzzle solving skills to find a way out of the room.

You are locked in a room by a serial killer and he plans to kill you in a different way. Before he starts to execute the plan, he decides to give you a chance to save your life. He has in the process kept some hints to escape from the room. Can you find the exit from the room?
