Chaos War is a turn-based strategy with arcade gameplay elements for 1 or 2 players.
As commander of an future empire (year 2084) you can engage war (but it will decrease opinion in other countries and income from international trade) or play economically- build new cities and military bases and upgrading old ones, preventing enemy from destroying it by opponent.
Every unit is controlled individually, that is you can steer every rocket or submarine like in arcade shooters, but when making structures and managing funds game looks similar to other turn-based strategy games.
