Ape Of Steel

What if Planet of the Apes was real, but before humans reach this ape heaven, these primates have their own problems that require a true hero to solve them.

As the story goes, a distant planet inhabited by small monkeys has been invaded by large ape monsters who proclaimed a king and now rule over those little harmless creatures.

Moreover, their whole life style has been ruined by these monsters and anyone who oppose them is immediately imprisoned or even eliminated.

With no defense against these brutes, the little monkey's only hops now stands in the hands of the mighty Ape of Steel who must battle the Ape King's minions until he has the chance to take on the king himself.

On your way to find and dethrone the Ape King, you will have to withstand the attacks of his minions in various levels that will take you on a dangerous journey through this monkey heaven.

Each level gets progressively harder than the previous one, introducing new, more powerful enemies, but, also, new weapons for our hero.

Speaking of weapons, during your adventure Ape of Steel will find various power-ups that will upgrade his weapon with awesome new features, although for a short while. From bouncing bullets and shock spheres, to rapid fire and spreading shots, the weapon variety is quite interesting and will allow you to turn the tides of each battle in your favor.

After completing a couple of levels, you will face a more difficult boss battle with one of the Ape King's monster apes. Keep in mind that staying out of his reach and using all the given power-ups will make your job easier.

Ape of Steel has its share of shooting fun and although it's quite short, the title is perfect for a quick gaming session whenever you have some time to spare.
