Level up your characters whenever you want. Be careful because the maximum level is 99.

If you are leveling up Iya and she has reached level 99 but has not learned all spells from all her spheres, you can continue to use the goodie. Even though her level will stop at 99, she can continue to learn spells. You can even change spheres and use the goodie to give her spells from the new sphere.
