CD Projekt Red confirms that its latest update 1.10 for The Witcher 3 introduces some pretty hefty new issues, besides solving lots of older ones. Fixes are coming for some of the problems, like the missing items and schematics, but until then, the studio recommends players to back up their save game files.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has received a huge amount of patches and free DLC packs from CD Projekt Red ever since its initial debut in May across PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

The biggest update yet, in the form of patch 1.10, went live a few hours ago across all platforms, and as we've reported, there have been plenty of major issues popping up, according to those who installed the patch.

CD Projekt Red acknowledges these issues and confirms that it's working on another update that should fix the most pressing ones.

One key issue refers to missing items in the New Game+ mode. According to the studio's statement on the forums, the actual gear affected by the glitch consists of items that were added via downloadable content, like the Temerian Armor, Nilfgaardian armor, Skellige armor, or quests like Wolf School Gear, Skellige's Most Wanted, and Where the Cat and Wolf Play.

The studio hopes to get a solution into the hands of players as soon as possible, so expect confirmation soon.
