The Witcher 3 update 1.07 will also remedy, besides the myriad of things mentioned in its changelog last week, the framerate problems experienced by fans on the PS4 platform. Unfortunately, the patch still doesn't have a release date.

The Witcher 3 has been around for close to two months now, and developer CD Projekt Red has made sure that fans have not only fresh free DLC to enjoy in these past few weeks but also plenty of updates in order to eliminate as many problems or issues as possible.

The biggest patch yet is set to debut this week, in the form of update 1.07, and the studio already presented many details last week, detailing the different things that would get fixed inside the game.

Now, Community Manager Marcin Momot confirms on Twitter that the update also targets some of the framerate dips experienced by fans on the PS4 console.

It's unclear whether all these situations will be remedied but some improvement is expected.

Unfortunately, CD Projekt Red has declined to say when exactly patch 1.07 will debut for The Witcher 3. It has, however, confirmed that the next free DLC - an alternative outfit for Ciri - is going to launch this week on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
