14 DAY TRIAL // Yet another leak with Laura, the next all-new character in Street Fighter V, has just appeared online, this time in the form of a gameplay video that shows off her various attacks, including an electric-themed ultimate that's quite similar to Blanka’s from past installments.
The Street Fighter saga has been around for decades, and with the upcoming Street Fighter V, Capcom is providing fans with new mechanics, as well as a roster of characters that combine old favorites, like Ryu to Chun-Li or Zangief, with newcomers like the recently revealed Rashid.
A short while ago, a leak from Japan has confirmed that the next character that's going to be revealed for Street Fighter V is Laura, a Brazilian female fighter that's not just lovely but also deadly.
Now, ahead of the potential reveal at the Brazil Games Show this week, EB Games New Zealand has just posted a trailer showcasing Laura's different combat skills.
As you can see in the footage below, Laura's style is inspired by Brazilian jiu-jitsu as well as capoeira, while her finishing move involves electricity, probably as a tribute to iconic Brazilian Street Fighter character Blanka.
You can expect Capcom to officially confirm the inclusion of Laura as well as her different skills and abilities later this week, after she gets her reveal at the Brazil Games Show. Until then, check out the video below.
