The development at EA Sports is ready to deliver an official launch trailer for Rory McIlroy PGA Tour, despite the fact that the game will not be offered on all platforms before July 14 and can only be played this week by those who have the EA Access service on the Xbox One.

The footage is designed to show off the impressive graphics quality that the team has achieved by using the Frostbite 3 engine, which means that for the first time there are no loading times between holes.

EA Sports has also introduced improved physics and better simulation of the core golfing mechanics, allowing players to take on both simulations of real-world courses and more fantasy driven designs.

Rory McIlroy PGA Tour will allow gamers to make more accurate swings, and more content will be added for free once the title is launched.

The game is predicting that the coming US Open will be won by Jordan Spieth, the youngest golfer ever to win the first two legs of the Grand Slam, ahead of Dustin Johnson and Louis Oosthuizen.

Rory McIlroy himself has injured his foot in a friendly football match and might be unable to take part.

The golf sim can also be played on the PlayStation 4.
