The development team at Blizzard is continuing to deliver information on new characters that will be part of the upcoming Overwatch, with a new video focusing on two new choices that come from a more dubious background than those previously revealed.

Jamison Fawkes, aka Junkrat, and Mako Rutledge, aka Roadhog, are, according to the footage, two of the most hardened criminals in the world of the video game, determined to sow destruction in their way wherever they go.

It's unclear how Blizzard plans to introduce them into the story of Overwatch, which focuses on heroes determined to protect humanity.

Junkrat is focused on explosives, demolition charges, and uses a lot of fire-based weapons, which might explain why his hair is on fire.

Roadhog specializes in more direct attacks and is no stranger to extortion, theft and kidnapping.

Overwatch is a squad-based shooter that will ask gamers to form two teams of six characters and then battle for control over a variety of maps, with the developers saying that teamwork and solid use of abilities will be crucial to success.

The development team has shown a number of modes, but there are no plans to introduce a classic deathmatch.

At the moment, Overwatch is expected to arrive only on the PC, and a beta stage will be launched at some point before the end of the year.
