The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt developer CD Projekt Red confirms that the next update for the sprawling role-playing experience is also going to improve the title's performance on the PS4 platform. Unfortunately, it still can't offer a concrete changelog or launch details for the patch.

The Witcher 3 made its debut across PC, PS4, and Xbox One back in May, and since then, the RPG has earned a loyal following, sold millions of copies, and delighted plenty of people all around the world.

At the same time, Polish studio CD Projekt Red has also released plenty of updates to solve issues and add new features, not to mention 16 free DLC packs that added new missions, gear, outfits, and even a New Game+ mode.

After the latest patch 1.08, the studio has started talking about the next update for the game, confirming that it will make some specific improvements to achievement problems or some quests.

Now, the studio's Community Manager, Marcin Momot, confirms on the official forums that the upcoming patch is also going to improve the performance of The Witcher 3 on the PS4 console.

He has declined to say in what ways or in what areas the performance will increase, but you can expect to hear some more details once CD Projekt Red is close to finishing the actual patch.
