The development team at Blizzard working on Heroes of the Storm is announcing that it is planning on introducing a range of new content for the title, which includes unique skins and mounts that gamers will be able to use to tweak the appearance of their favorite characters.

The official video offers a look at the additions, which includes some elements linked to Metroid and to other big video game series.

Players will be able to get Master and Apothecary versions of Lt. Morales, and there are Master and Purifier versions linked to Artanis as well.

Raynor will get a Marshal incarnation, while Falstad will receive access to a Buccaneer version.

When it comes to mounts, Heroes of the Storm is soon getting access to: Marshal’s Outrider, Void Speeder, Nexus Battle Beast, Headless Horseman’s Charger and Vulture Mount.

Blizzard does not mention when all this new content will be added to the title, but it's a safe bet to say that it will be introduced before the end of next month.

The studio is also working on gameplay tweaks for the title, listening to feedback delivered by the community in order to see how the overall balance can be improved.

Heroes of the Storm offers a simplified take on the classic Multiplayer Online Battle Arena experience and features a range of characters drawn from all major Blizzard franchises.
