Blizzard has just released a brand new hotfix update for its Heroes of the Storm multiplayer title, in order to solve a major exploit centered around the Zeratul character, as well as a smaller problem revolving around Leoric, the latest hero added to the online experience.

Heroes of the Storm got its final release back in June, after spending many months in closed alpha and beta stages. During all this time, Blizzard has kept updating the game with balance tweaks, not to mention solutions to prevent exploits and glitches.

Not long ago, a pretty major problem appeared in regards to Zeratul, which allowed the character to travel much farther than intended when using his Shadow Assault ability.

After noticing the major exploit, Blizzard has just released a small hotfix patch for Heroes of the Storm, resolving not just the aforementioned bug, according to the official forums.

The update also targets an issue with the latest character added to Heroes of the Storm, Leoric, as apparently, players were able to deal way more damage with the Drain Hope ability and the Crushing Hope talent to things like the Dragon Knight or the Garden Terror.

The new patch is already available worldwide for Heroes of the Storm and will be automatically downloaded by the Battle.net client.
