The development team at Rockstar is offering all Grand Theft Auto V players on the PC a new patch for the title, which is designed to eliminate all the problems with framerate that were introduced when the Ill-Gotten Gains downloadable content was released for the title.

The update is 91 MB big and will be automatically downloaded via Steam for most gamers.

Rockstar says that most player modes for GTA V will probably be disabled when the patch is applied, mainly because the company is not officially supporting them and is only concerned with making sure that no one uses modifications for the Online experience.

The development team has probably delivered the new PC patch in order to make sure that players on the platform can enjoy the new one-week long period of double RP and cash that is associated with the heist targeting the Human Labs.

Gamers can also get more rewards for a number of other GTA V activities.

Rockstar is listening to player feedback and plans to deliver another major patch for the title when the community has revealed enough problems that need to be solved.

No info has been offered on when more DLC will be introduced for GTA V Online.
