Bethesda confirms that it's finally wrapped up the voice recording work for its upcoming Fallout 4 role-playing experience. The effort was massive, according to the studio, as there is more dialog in the new title than in its previous Fallout 3 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim combined.

Fallout 4 was finally presented to the world earlier this year by Bethesda, through a series of fantastic gameplay videos, not to mention screenshots and actual details relayed by its developers.

One of the big differences between the new title and previous Bethesda efforts is that the playable characters, both male and female, have fully-voiced dialog options.

In order to put into perspective just how huge that feature was to implement, Bethesda confirms that it's just completing the voice recording process for Fallout 4. There are 111,000 lines of dialog in the new game, more than Fallout 3 and Skyrim combined.

Both of those huge titles had plenty of possible dialog but neither of their protagonists talked, so the overall totals were much smaller than Fallout 4.

Bethesda has emphasized that fans will enjoy the implementation of voiced lines for their characters, as it's taken great care not to let the feature interfere with regular gameplay and keep conversations as smooth as possible.

Fallout 4 makes its debut in November on PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms.
