The Evil Geniuses team is the winner of the finals of The International 2015, the biggest event linked to DOTA 2 and the competition that offers the biggest prize pool in the world of eSports.

CDEC Gaming of China was the other team in the final and the action extended across four matches that offered some impressive moments for fans of the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena genre.

ppd, Suma1L, UNiVeRsE, Fear and Aui_2000 are the players who managed to get no less than 6,616,014 dollars (5.4 million Euro) in prizes for their performance during The International 2015.

CDEC are in second place, with LGD Gaming taking third and Vici Gaming fourth.

DOTA 2 is one of the most popular eSports at the moment, and smaller tournaments will take place in the coming months, before details about the new installment in the Valve hosted competition are announced.

The International has become a huge occasion for fans because Valve is expanding the prize pool as gamers pump more money into the Compendium.
