Driveclub developer Evolution Studios confirms that it's going to release not one but two free DLC cars for the PS4-exclusive racing experience, not to mention a special surprise and support for more steering wheels.

Driveclub launched back in October of last year, and while it was plagued by some major multiplayer issues in its first few months, things slowly but surely got better, thanks to updates and patches released by Evolution Studios.

At the same time, the developer also rolled out plenty of free and premium downloadable content, from new cars to tracks and much more every month.

For August, Game Director Paul Rustchynsky confirms on Twitter that not one but two free cars will be released. One vehicle will be available from the get-go, while the other is available only to players who reach level 66.

A surprise is also mentioned, but the developer declines to say just what it might be.

At the same time, Rustchynsky also reveals that the August update for Driveclub also brings support for the Thrustmaster TH8A add-on shifter, the T3PA and T3PA-Pro add-on pedals, and many other technical improvements.

Expect to hear more about Driveclub's August content as we get closer to the end of the month, when they usually launch.
