The development team at Evolution Studios and publisher Sony are announcing that they are launching a new update, labeled 1.21, for DriveClub, which is designed to introduce a range of tweaks to the racing game and offer players access to more content.

Gamers who reach level 66 will be able to get access to the powerful new Renault R.S. 01, with the rest of the community having the option to buy it outright, and there are new Sprint events.

Gamers can experience them on tracks including Cayoosh Point, Putre, Munnar, Goshodaira, Holmastad and The Kyle.

The level cap for DriveClub has been boosted to 75, with a host of new rewards and Rimac Automobili Concept One and VUHL 05 have been improved when it comes to performance and handling.

Other tweaks made to the racing title by 1.21 can be seen by clicking on the button at the end of this blog post.

The development team says that future updates for DriveClub will introduce the much-requested private multiplayer lobby option that gamers have been asking for, giving them a way to choose the player that they want to race against.

There are also plans to introduce more tracks, and a special app and developer Evolution Studios says that it will continue to support the experience for a long time, asking the community to continue to offer feedback.
