The crowd-funding effort for Divinity: Original Sin 2 is at the moment in full swing and all those who want to get a closer look at what the title has to offer can take a look at a long new video linked to the title, which features a lot of the newly introduced mechanics.

The footage is a good way to see how the features are evolving for the sequel and the development team at Larian Studios will deliver even more details in a live stream that will take place during the coming week.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 is designed to focus more on cooperative play, allowing gamers to work together to complete objectives but also to compete for rewards and interact with each other in new ways.

The video game has so far undergone a very solid Kickstarter campaign, funded in a little more than 12 hours and with a number of stretch goals now offered for all those who are interested in contributing.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 is at the moment confirmed only for the PC and does not have a launch window.

The developers at Larian are also working on getting the first title in the series on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4, showing the core ideas of the title to a wider number of gamers.
