CD Projekt Red confirms that it's already working on patch 1.08 for The Witcher 3 and advises PC owners who use cheats and mods introduced via the game's console to turn them off and see if the issues they've reported stop happening.

The Witcher 3 finally got its biggest patch yet last week, in the form of update 1.07. The update brought many improvements, including overhauls for the inventory, but also some problems, in the form of issues and bugs across PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

The studio has taken notice of these problems and it's already working on the next big patch for The Witcher 3, presumably update 1.08.

Until then, the studio's Community Manager, Marcin Momot, advises PC users who are suffering from issues ever since installing patch 1.07 to turn off the cheats enabled via the game's console or the mods they've installed for the title.

If the issues disappear, then it seems that the update is causing some conflicts with these modifications.

It's unclear how soon CD Projekt Red is going to release the next patch for The Witcher 3, but you can expect some information probably next week, including an early changelog.
