Xbox One is the new home console from Microsoft, revealed during an hour-long presentation earlier today and the team behind the new hardware delivered quite a few details about the device, although not as many as fans would have wanted.

First, Microsoft offered information on the new Kinect functionality and the way the new dashboard is designed to make it easier for players to access content.

The team then talked about the actual hardware specifications of the Xbox One, although they emphasized that they were not crucial to its success.

Microsoft is also offering information on games like Forza 5, Quantum Break and Call of Duty: Ghosts, which will run on Xbox One.

EA Sports has also revealed its new Ignite engine, which will power FIFA, Madden NFL, UFC and NBA Live.

343 Industries and Microsoft are also working with Steven Spielberg to create an exclusive Halo live action series for Xbox One.

The device will not require an always online Internet connection and will have a fee for used games.
