Yet another report concerning the Xbox 720 has surfaced, this time claiming that Microsoft's Illumiroom technology will be demoed by the company at its next Xbox reveal tomorrow, May 21.

Also, it appears that the rumored subsidized version of the home console has been scrapped.

Microsoft's next-generation Xbox (aka Xbox Now!) will be revealed to the world on May 21, at a special event in Redmond, Washington.

Now, tech blogger Paul Thurrott, who previously leaked the date for the conference, has now revealed via Twitter two new pieces of information about the console.

Apparently, the Illumiroom technology that was showcased by Microsoft earlier this year will be demoed at the Xbox 720 reveal event.

What's more, Microsoft has scrapped the subsidized version of the next Xbox, which should have been sold with a special subscription and a smaller price.

No other details were offered so everything is still a mystery until Microsoft's reveal tomorrow.
