The official Global Gameplay Stats page for XCOM: Enemy Unknown has been updated with 320 Achievements, all of them blank at the moment, which suggests that the teased Enemy Within is a new DLC or full expansion for the turn-based title.

The new project was first revealed via the Korean ratings board, which offered the name, and forced the development team at Firaxis and publisher 2K Games to announce that an official reveal was coming on August 21.

The initial listing says that XCOM: Enemy Within is coming to the PC, the Xbox 360, and the PlayStation 3.

Gamers will probably get access to a new story that will challenge them to tweak their squads and their tactics in order to deal with new enemy types and new situations.

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified is set to launch on August 20 and will offer a squad-based third-person experience set in the same universe.
