The development team at Blizzard working on World of Warcraft announces that it is getting ready to add a web browser to its MMO in order to make it easier for players to access the support system and the knowledge base.

The team states in an official blog post that “The new browser will make it easier to find information to help you resolve issues you’re experiencing or contact our representatives if you need a little extra help.”

Blizzard plans to first use the new World of Warcraft browser on the Public Test Realm, and players are invited to test the features by searching the knowledge base and accessing the support pages.

Support ticket submissions for the MMO will not be addressed while the new browser system is being tested.

Once testing is done, the browser will be delivered to all World of Warcraft users.
