After witnessing the reveal of the new Wolfenstein: New Order shooter from Bethesda and MachineGames yesterday, a bunch of screenshots have appeared online, showing off the impressive visuals in the title.

The Wolfenstein series has delighted many shooter fans over the years but, in more recent times, the franchise has entered a cone of shadow.

Fortunately, it seems that MachineGames and Bethesda want to bring it back into the spotlight and have presented Wolfenstein: New Order, a sequel of sorts that takes place after World War 2, in a universe where the Nazis won.

We saw the first cinematic trailer yesterday and heard the first details, and now CVGworld is revealing a series of screenshots from the impressive game.

As you can see above and below, Wolfenstein: New Order is looking very good, thanks largely to the special idTech 5 engine, made by the creators of the series, id Software.

Wolfenstein: New Order is out at the end of the year for PC, PS3, Xbox 360, as well as for PS4 and Xbox 720.
