WildStar developer Carbine has released a new DevSpeak video, showing some of the customization options the upcoming MMO will offer its players.

The video highlights the freedom afforded to the character creation screen, the various dwellings players will be able to create, and the proceeds to show how items will be improved to suit the tastes and needs of gamers.

The game will also feature a detailed crafting system, and class progression will allow players to evolve different areas of their toons, making them more resilient or turning them into a nimble fighting machine.

The colorful MMO will allow many options for cosmetic customization, from armor to mount appearance to current spell loadout, to accommodate for every whim and play style.

WildStar is currently scheduled to launch sometime during the first half of 2014. The game will be subscription based, but players will also be able to earn game time by performing certain in-game tasks.
