14 DAY TRIAL // Robot Entertainment has confirmed that it’s going to debut a brand new game mode for its recently launched Orcs Must Die 2 action strategy game, in the form of the Weekly Challenge one, which will task players with completing certain objectives every week.
Orcs Must Die 2 was launched recently and, as you could see from our review, it’s quite an impressive experience.
In order to keep it as popular as possible and in order to promote gameplay variety, developer Robot Entertainment has now confirmed that a special Weekly Challenge mode is going to be released for the game starting this Friday, August 17.
“Beginning this Friday and refreshing every Friday following, Orcs Must Die! 2 will issue a brand new challenge to players. Each challenge is playable in single-player or co-op and features a specific level, character, and trap loadout to master, all pre-defined by Robot Entertainment’s design team.”
In exchange for completing the weekly challenges, players will be given scores on special leaderboards each week.
Expect the first Weekly Challenge to be revealed tomorrow, August 17.
