The development team at InXile says that it is planning to deliver big changes to the currently available beta version of Wasteland 2 in the coming weeks and months, all of them based on the feedback that players have been offering since it was made available.

The studio says that more than 8,000 bug reports have been sent and more than 500 discussion threads are active on the official forums.

InXile says that its priority is to eliminate all bugs that are blocking player progress and that once they are dealt with, a number of modifications are planned to improve the feel of the combat.

The company states, “The enemy AI is quite varied as you get into the later stages, once you’ve sufficiently learned the base controls and rules of the experience.”

The full Kickstarter update offers more details on the planned changes and on the status of the novellas that are being written and when they will be delivered to backers.
