Ultra Street Fighter 4 Introduces Retsu as New Playable Character – Report

Another four characters are included, as are balance changes

The upcoming Ultra Street Fighter 4 is set to offer the definitive experience for the Capcom-created fighting game and it seems that fans of the series will be able to play as one of the more obscure characters of the universe, Retsu.

A piece of artwork created by Toshiaki “Shinkiro” Mori seems to show the fighter as part of the line-up, according to fan forums quoted by VG247.

The image also shows Elena and Huge, two of the characters that have been confirmed as coming to Ultra Street Fighter 4.

Poison and Rolento will also be added to the game.

Retsu was part of the first Street Fighter title and was one of the friends of Master Gouken when all the combatants were children.

Ultra Street Fighter 4 is designed to also introduce major balance changes and will be offered on the PC, the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 in the spring of 2014.
