Video game publisher Ubisoft says that it is currently working on two unannounced projects and that one of them is an entirely new intellectual property.

The announcement comes from Yves Guillemot, the chief executive officer of the company, and was made during a call with investors that was attended by GamesIndustry.biz.

The company says that its launch slate for 2013 includes: Splinter Cell: Black List, Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, and Watch Dogs.

It's unclear whether the two new projects are also set to be launched this year.

The fact that they are still kept secret might mean that they are linked with the new Xbox 720 from Microsoft, which suggests that a reveal could come at the official event on May 21.

The game might also be connected to the PlayStation 4 from Sony.
