14 DAY TRIAL // Trine 2, the delightful puzzle platformer from developer Frozenbyte, has just received some more details about its upcoming DLC, which includes six fresh stages centered on a new story and brings new skills for the player to master.
Trine 2 impressed a lot of people last year, with some great puzzle mechanics, interesting platformer gameplay and a unique visual style.
Developer Fronzebyte isn’t done with the game, however, as it promised that substantial DLC was coming.
Now, talking with XBLAfans, Frozenbyte Marketing Director Mikael Haveri has revealed that the DLC for Trine 2 arrives in summer and includes six new stages, a fresh story, and plenty of all-new skills, as well as old ones that return from the first Trine.
Some of the new puzzles included in the DLC focus on things like light, water, low gravity, or magnets.
Expect to hear some more details about Trine 2’s upcoming expansion soon.
