In order to accurately show off the different changes made to Tomb Raider for the upcoming Definitive Edition, a brand new comparison video has surfaced online that pits against each other the PS4 and PS3 editions of the game.

Tomb Raider appeared last spring on the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 platforms, delivering a great experience with a new and younger version of protagonist Lara Croft.

Now, a side-by-side comparison video has just been posted by IGN, showing just how the PS4 edition of the game fares up against the PS3 version.

As you can probably tell, a wide array of improvements have been made, from the full HD 1080p resolution, to the update character model that gives Lara a fresh face more similar to her voice actress, Camilla Luddington.

Plenty of other visual effects have been added, so check them all out in the video above.
