Respawn Entertainment has confirmed that a Titanfall open beta stage is still possible after the current closed alpha test.

Titanfall is eagerly awaited by millions of shooter fans from around the world across the PC, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

Developer Respawn is currently hard at work completing the game ahead of its March release, and it organized over the weekend a special closed alpha test on the Xbox One.

Unfortunately, a lot of things leaked from the test, and the studio quickly confirmed that the quality of the test build wasn't reflective of the final version of the game.

Now, in order to convince fans of the game, it's possible that an open beta stage will kick off at a later point in time.

According to a message from Respawn Community Manager Abbie Helpe on Twitter, an open test phase hasn't been ruled out but plans are still unclear.
