Time to practice that quadruple ricochet pistol whip

All first-person shooter enthusiasts have great stories to tell, as the difference between victory and defeat can sometimes be your cat walking over the keyboard and one-shooting some guy across the map.

These situations are rare but nonetheless remarkable when they happen, just as in the case of this Halo 3 headshot, aided by three ricochets, a unique situation that could have only happened by accident.

In the video, a player frantically twists and turns upon getting attacked, releasing a round in a nearby wall, and seeing his enemy slain from behind a corner.

Whether this is a masterful display of skill on par with the great pool trick shot masters or pure dumb luck is not really for dispute, as the player in question himself acknowledges the insanity of the situation.

This is the kind of moment that can make you believe you have a shot at winning the lottery, as the bullet ricocheted not once, but three times, before hitting the opponent.

The video dates from back in 2008, and it's highly likely that nothing of the sort has happened ever since.

In any case, this just goes to show that all you need in order to stop a high powered sniper rifle bullet are some high powered walls.
