A brand new report has appeared online concerning The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the upcoming role-playing game from CD Projekt Red, claiming that the title requires a lot of power on the PC to reach the maximum Ultra graphics setting, and that on the PS4 and Xbox One it runs at minimum quality.

The Witcher 3 was revealed to the world last year and has since received some short gameplay footage, alongside details about its many different new mechanics, systems, and more.

Now, according to Gametech, it seems that CD Projekt Red was forced to delay the game into February of 2015 because of the amount of optimization it needs to do.

The current state of the game, according to the website, is that it requires a lot of power on the highest graphics settings, and even a single Nvidia GTX 780Ti is able to hit 40fps at 1080p.

On the PS4 and Xbox One consoles, the game runs at a 30fps framerate on both platforms, but on the PS4 it has a native resolution of 900p, while on the Xbox One it maintains a 720p resolution.

Both platforms are offering a degree of quality similar to the Low setting on the PC, but the visuals will still resemble the ones in The Witcher 2, according to the report.

Bear in mind that around 10 months are separating us from the game's release, so these rumored stats might improve over time.
