CD Projekt Red, the developer of the upcoming The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, emphasizes that the new RPG will look great on all platforms, including the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, as it will make no cutbacks in terms of visuals due to the powerful hardware.

CD Projekt Red made a name for itself by delivering impressive visuals on PC platform with The Witcher 2, and then on the Xbox 360, with the game's adaptation for the Microsoft console.

With The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the Polish studio is bringing the game to the PC and on next-gen devices, the PS4 and Xbox One.

According to the studio's Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, the two consoles are "very potent pieces of hardware and developing on them is a pleasure."

What's more, their power means that no visual fidelity is lost when going from the PC to the PS4 or Xbox One.

"We’re aiming to deliver the same experience on all the platforms – we’re developing The Witcher 3 on next gen platforms so visual cutbacks will not be the case here. Eyecandy for everyone," he told DualShockers.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is out in 2014.
