The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on PS4 and Xbox One will get its long awaited update 1.03 for the PS4 and Xbox One platforms next week, after already becoming available for download on PC yesterday.

The Witcher 3 launched earlier this week and has already received not one but two big updates that added enhancements, bug fixes, and support for upcoming downloadable content.

Yesterday, the first major post-launch update was rolled out on the PC, in the form of patch 1.03, which brought forth quite a few more improvements, not to mention some platform-specific bug fixes relating to the mouse and keyboard, certain visual effects, and other such things.

CD Projekt Red has mentioned that update 1.03 will launch on PS4 and Xbox One very soon, but right now, the studio's Community Manager Marcin Momot confirms on Twitter that the patch isn't going to arrive this week on the two platforms.

As such, those who own The Witcher 3 for the two consoles won't be able to download and enjoy the improvements of the fresh patch until next week, probably in the first few days. Expect to hear an exact debut date and time for the update in the following days.
