Stan Just, an art producer working on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, says that his studio has made sure that the difficulty level of the upcoming game is scalable and that all fans will find a setting that they will feel comfortable with for the entire experience.

He is quoted by VG247 as saying that “There won’t be a God mode in which you’re sure that you won’t die, but it will be easy enough in the easiest mode so that you will be able to enjoy the story itself, not being harassed by the monsters all the time.”

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has improved combat, and the studio says that both Geralt and his enemies have a wider array of moves they can use.

The demonstrations that the team has shown have included battles against powerful creatures and against humans, and even the developers have had some trouble winning without extensive use of potions.

Geralt will have access to both his two swords and his special sign powers, and the array of monsters included has been increased significantly.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be out on the PC, the Xbox One from Microsoft, and the PlayStation 4 from Sony on February 20 of next year.
